Moscow Renewal Initiative of the Krasnogvardeyskie Lakes Area
The project proposals are based on the complex renovation of the Krasnogvardeisky Lakes area within the boundaries of Shmitovsky Passage, Krasnogvardeisky Boulevard, CRR and Zvenigorodskoye Highway with a total area of 66.76 HA. The project concept proposes a complete restructuring of the territory, starting with the engineering framework and covering the transport and landscape frameworks with the development of the territory.
The main urban planning idea is to create multi-level spaces that have no analogues in Russia, the purpose of which will be to segregate traffic and pedestrian flows with the creation of multifunctional recreational spaces with abundant landscaping and the placement of playgrounds and sports grounds, walking areas and parks. The project's transport and road frame is located in underground and semi-underground corridors with the construction of five-storey parking lots throughout the building. The construction is based on the formation of residential and business clusters on the territory with high-rise residential complexes with an average number of 50-70 floors using a cascade type of composite breakdown.
The creation of the dominant complex is based on the algorithmic placement of buildings on the territory, which involves the integration of panoramic corridors and the creation of a new silhouette based on Moscow City.
The renovation project also includes the existing Krasnogvardeysky lakes, where it is proposed to carry out landscaping at a modern level in a style that will correspond to the new development. In addition, the project includes and has designed a new metro station in the structure of the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line under construction.
As a design development, 50 detailed buildings are presented, 37 of which are skyscrapers, 12 are buildings with an average height of 11-17 floors with the integration of green structures on roofs and facades, 1 is the tallest skyscraper in Moscow, Russia and Europe today – Star Way Plaza, with a height of 577 meters. The architecture of the project is divided into 4 new quarters with themed buildings based on the crown principle around landscaped squares, parks and water areas.

Комплексная реновация территории Красногвардейские Пруды, ЦАО, г. Москва
В основе проектных предложений лежит комплексная реновации территории Красногвардейские Пруды в границах Шмитовского проезда, Красногвардейского бульвара, ТТК и Звенигородского шоссе общей площадью 66,76 ГА. Проектной концепцией предлагается полная реструктуризация территории начиная с инженерного каркаса и охватывая транспортный и ландшафтный каркасы с застройкой территории.
Основная градостроительная идея заключается в создании разноуровневых пространств, не имеющих аналогов в России, целью которых станет сегрегация транспортных и пешеходных потоков с созданием многофункциональных рекреационных пространств с обильным озеленением и размещением детских и спортивных площадок, прогулочных зон и парков. Транспортно-дорожный каркас проектом размещен в подземных и полуподземных коридорах с обустройством пятиэтажных паркингов на всей территории застройки. В основу застройки ложится формирование на территории жилых и деловых кластеров с высотными МФК средней этажностью 50-70 этажей с применением каскадного типа композиционной разбивки.
Создание комплекса доминант проходит на основе алгоритмического размещения зданий на территории, которое подразумевает интеграцию панорамных коридоров и создание нового силуэта на основе Москва-Сити.
В проект территории реновации также вошли существующие Красногвардейские пруды, где предлагается провести благоустройство на современном уровне в стилистике, которая будет отвечать новой застройке. Кроме того, в проекте заложена и запроектирована новая станция метро в структуре строящейся Рублево-Архангельской линии.
